The roast wasn’t up to my expectations. Obviously, it was on warm too long, so it was a bit dry. The fajita mix I used instead of onion soup mix, just wasn’t all that impressive.

Comments: last check on all fur-kids; from the comfort of his warm house, Socks and I both saw SOMETHING cross the driveway and onto the porch. Socks stood at the ready to protect his Princedom. When we went out to check, there was a beautiful back, gray and white kitty, who quickly exited when he/she (probably a she) was discovered.
