AM Meditation: Ziustac/Tuesday, we meditate on Ziu:
Ziu, husband to Zisa, Great God of bravery, one-handed god, you chained the Fenris Wolf that threatened the worlds. We can’t do that, but we can do other things, some ordinary, others heroic. Remind us of your bravery and your sacrifice. Give us the courage and strength we need to fetter our own Fenris. Keep us mindful of our duties, and help us keep our fears bound as tightly as you bound old Slaver Mouth. Thus doing, may we share in your glory by imitating you. Good @ home for lunch; still chilly, Essie was very loveable and got her treat, Toby was glad to go outside with his treat, Socks was happy to stay inside his House for his treat.

Record time on the treadmill; 1-mile, 26:30, 2.2-2.6MPH. at time inclined…wow!

1 lb. hamburger, browned
1 pkg. taco seasoning, mixed according to directions
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Shredded Lettuce
Sliced tomato

Layer ingredients in 9 x 13 pan as listed - crushed chips, meat and seasonings, 2/3 of cheese, lettuce, tomato, and remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
Top with salsa as desired.

It turned out a bit loose. I’ll let it set overnight in the fridge and check it tomorrow.
