When it’s cold like this I often go into the Haruc @ 4AM to check on Socks.  Usually he wants to come out and cat for a while.  This morning, when I went made my 2nd trip out for meditations and runes, he was eagerly waiting on the steps to go back inside.  Yes, it’s pretty cold this morning.

Plans: work 10hrs 

AM Meditation: Manostac/Monday, we meditate on Mano, god of the moon:
Greetings to you, Mano, glorious male aspect of the moon; silver messenger on high.  You’re the measurer and teller of time.  As you fly silently on your way reflect into our souls the glory of the High Ones that we might aspire to the realms of the gods. Bathe our world in soft brightness, and whisper to our souls of joyous realms beyond our knowing. Poor Toby, he got sick overnight.

*Toby still seems a bit lethargic, Socks stayed in his house and Essie was so loveable. 
*I’m stating to take less in my lunch bucket in an effort to lose some weight.
