It’s bitter cold, and Ghost is obviously hurting. I put on a fur hat, layers and insulated boots to put two straw bales in between Sock’s house and the master bedroom. I also pulled fresh straw from the garden shed as a bed. I hope Ghost finds use in it before George or Socks claims it.

Godsdamnit! I get a Fb message from an old friend asking me if I wanted a Husky. Long story short, I SERIOUSLY considered it, but because of his even part time aggressive nature I just couldn’t place any of MY fur babies in jeopardy. Thanks JA. He will no doubt be put down at the Humane Society.
