Spiritual, physical, heritage, all can be one’s home.  According to James Hjuka Coulter’s book, “Germanic Heathenry, A Practical Guide,” he says this;
” For the Irminic family, the house and household are both the source and the ‘last bastion’ of true frith, hospitality (in all of its Heathen sense) and that which is good and whole” (11).
Similarly:
“Our home provides us with a ready and holy refuge that effectively affords due and sufficient warding from affliction or care. It protects our self and those bound to us (through the cohesiveness of the household) from inundation and attack from without, allowing our bodies and spirits to ‘refresh’ and ‘recharge’ on a daily basis and in proper means and manner -a true and literal ‘healing comfort’ (13).
We can readily see the importance of the home no matter how it’s viewed.  Couple that with the resurrection of Tyr signified in the Tyr Rune, and the powerful home is the center-point of life that was, life that is, and life that may be, which totally embodies our ancestral, physical and spiritual existance.

1st check on all fur-kids: food, water, litterboxes, shelter.  Poor Socks, he spent all night outside in the chill.  Hey, I called him twice with no response.

Outcome: 6 ½ hrs. of sleep, two wakeups, Lily face time.

FINALLY!  I perfected my version of the homemade sausage and egg McGriddle.  Toby enjoyed the extra.

God/dess Meditation: (alternate Frijastag) Heil to you, Forsizo, son of Paltar and Nanda!  You’re the god of justice, and reconciliation.  You sit in judgment of the right and wrong of all arguments.  We see you as god of the Thing.  We call out to you in our time of legal need.  We know that justice is a double-edged ax.  On the one side, if our argument is just, grant us the proper conclusion.  On the other side, if our argument is fraudulent, mete-out justice accordingly.  Whether in the court of legal proceedings or the court of public opinion, grant us the justice according to the rightness of our deeds.  WE GIVE YOU A MOST HEART-FELT HEIL, FORSIZO, as we honor the Forsizo that resides in us all!
