It really seemed like it was going to be an easy night at work. There were three or four orders set up for me by my 1st shift colleague. I just casually dealt with what he had for me, but OMGs as the night progressed so did the work load. There was a major flurry of activity right at the end. Four orders of gravy of which I could only work two. I stayed busy on the gravy right up until time to go home.
