Outcome: last night, Toby was curled-up in a chair on the porch. I fell asleep and left him out there. Soon enough, he let me know he was ready to come in. With that, I got a pretty good 7hrs of sleep.

Toby and I out for a well-behaved 30min walk. On the walk, which happened to be around church time, a pastor friend of mine @ the neighborhood Church of God, came out to chat after he saw Toby ahead of me. Course of brief conversation, he said he was preaching on the prodigal son today. I frantically waved my hand, saying, “THAT’S ME! THAT’S ME! You can use me in your sermon if you like”. He responded, “The father always welcomes back the prodigal son.” I waved and moved on. Silly christian.

Started cleaning out the leaves from winter in the patio area. I placed leaves in both the tree trunk where I feed the squirrels and pot-holes in the back yard in hope the leaves will turn to dirt.
