(Iulmond = Yule month)

Plans: back to the grind; a 10hr day, window guys.

10th Day of Yule – Remembering the Noble Virtue of Self-Reliance
Codependents are people who let the feelings and actions of another person affect them to the point that they feel like they have lost control of their own lives.  Do not create codependent relationships in any way. Do not let your happiness, or your success, be determined by anyone else. Be responsible for yourself. Rely on your own efforts to secure your needs (Vaygar Ingvald Elmersson).

AM Meditation: Manostac/Monday, we meditate on Mano, god of the moon:
Greetings to you, Mano, glorious male aspect of the moon; silver messenger on high.  You’re the measurer and teller of time.  As you fly silently on your way reflect into our souls the glory of the High Ones that we might aspire to the realms of the gods. Bathe our world in soft brightness, and whisper to our souls of joyous realms beyond our knowing. Mano let us see the goodness within us and without us, all the nights and days of our lives.  WE GIVE YOU A MOST HEART-FELT HEIL, MANO, as we honor the Mano that resides in us all!

Elder Rune Summons:
Born of fire, born of ice
Life is lived at such a price
Elder Runes in your way
Advise the mortal man today

Picture
AM Elder Rune: Inguz (Irreversible): Ing-Fro, the god of Ar: prosperity, abundance, sexuality and fridu, gestation, the womb and the tomb, fertility, fruitfulness, peace and plenty, nature wisdom, sacrifice for the positive, completion of one stage and progressing to the next, internal growth, enhancing male energy.

Armanen Rune Summons:
Born of fire, born of ice
Life is lived at such a price
Armanen Runes in your way
Advise the Spirit man today

AM Armanen Rune: Ur:
Havamal 146.
Another I name, that all need to have
Who officiate as curing healers;
Know yourself, and you will know the world,
And learn to discern between evil and it’s causes.

Healing. that which is grasped or permanent, medical help, the healing powers of medical drugs, nurturing at the original basis, original cause, origin, root of all material and cosmic phenomena, contact with the transcendent, contact with the dead, life after mortal death, Mother-God, Creative Mother Principle, a physician’s rune and represents resurrection, eternity, and continuity, root of all material and cosmic phenomena, root of eternity, self-aware, causality; the origin of time, cause and effect in the eternal power of becoming.

Interpretation: Abundance (Inguz) leading to healing (Ur).

Outcome: It’s chilly out.  I hate to do it, but I’m going to have to leave Toby outside this morning so the window guys can have unfettered access inside.

Good AM work; workload started questionable but soon improved
Good home for lunch to check on the window guy.  Things are underway!
Good PM work.

Dillons petrol; goddamned Jamie stole 30cents per gallon from my fuel points!  Petty?  Yeah, I’ve been accused of that.

2 ½ of 5 windows are in!

Phone call from an old acquaintance.  Why does he come to ME for legal questions; however, I was able to rectify his question easily enough.

Frozen dinners (yes, plural) for dinner…ate too much.

Gotham

Oh gods, I should never have sat down

Sleepy Hollow

Shower, bed, nighty-night

PM Meditation: Sibba, Great Goddess of Fertility and Family, wife of Donar; let us see you in all the growing things that sustain our lives. Help us look beyond the packaging and promotion, to the richness of the Earth from which all bounty comes. When ordinary eyes see only corn, let us see your golden hair hid in its silk. When others see only bread, let us see the grain, beyond that, your smile and laughter. Feed our might and main, Holy Sibba, that we may do our work in the world. WE GIVE YOU A MOST HEART-FELT HEIL, SIBBA, as we honor the Sibba that resides in us all!

PM Clarification Rune: none
