Freedom from bondage, the power of speech/song, mouth, arising, ashes, that which is offered, Wodanic energies, leadership, mouth, speech, the effort to convince, deed following the word, the Divine Breath, kingship, discussion, idea of that which is given/evolving, the spiritual power that is gained through speech, it is the breath of the world, its voice, strength that a person needs to rise-up in power, freedom from the bondage of the material world.

Sometimes one has to be wiser than those around oneself @ work.

1. Right at the beginning of the shift, the Super called me over to an order I worked on the table shaper.  1st shift was saying it didn’t fit the trim-jig (TJ).  Okay, so I didn’t trim it quite right; .45 too wide at the base, but wait, there are TWO TJs involved here.  One fits, the other does not.  Lessee, rough trim TJ-2, then TJ-1 will fit.  Then, lo and behold, that’s exactly what planning says to do.  To think, 1st shift is the one with all the experience, and they couldn’t figure that out…smh.
2. The Super for some reason was active in the shop to line out orders in the shop.  He had G_ put a small order over on my incoming rack.  Looking at it a bit later, if those who are supposed to be smarter than me would take a moment to REALLY think about things, one could discern, oh, it doesn’t go on the table shaper, it belongs on the KB saw…smh.

A wee bit of intelligence (Ansuz) and a wee bit of an ability to explain things (Os) goes a long way.
