It’s amazing how good something can taste when it’s just THROWN together. I have yet to be disappointed with ANY Hobo Stew I have ever made. This Hobo Pasta Stew was no different…DAMN GOOD!

At work, there was NOTHING in the shop when I arrived, and NOTHING showed up for several hours. Two orders of canoes and one order of steel bowls eventually arrived. There is always however, however. As I worked on the canoes, my sinuses refused to clear no matter how much medication I put up in it. Then I also noticed watery eyes. After that, the nasal drip. With chronic sinusitis, it’s always difficult to know when I get hit with a cold. With chronic sinusitis, there is only major congestion. The addition of a cold is sometimes tough to distinguish; that is, until the drip. I told my lead and manager that I had to leave a bit early to make it to Dillons for cold meds before they closed. They understood. I finished the steel bowls and headed out the door @ 11:30pm.
