Experimented with my Hot Logic; turned it on @ 1:40. We’ll see how well it works

4 sets of 25reps on the ab machine
3 sets of 10 on the ab twister
3 sets of ten on the back extension

Started my Game of Thrones binge (thanks my WONDERFUL niece). It seems I have seen the first several episodes. S1 E1-6 was a review and I LOVED it! Four episodes to finish season one.
