Truth is elusive. It’s as relative as the individual. What one person or group accepts as Truth, another does not. There is no universal truth. There is no one-way or right way of seeing anything. What we accept as truth is merely that; our truth. No one person or group has the ability to dictate their truth onto anyone unless we allow it. Last check on all fur-kids. Socks is so smart when it comes to the cold. He’ll stay inside his house as long as he can. When he’s had enough, he bolts outside when he can. He’ll go out to check his Princedom, and when he’s certain all is well, he’s ready to go back inside for warmth. More times than not, I replenish his food and water while he’s inside. This time, he was greeted with fresh food and water that magically appeared while he was out and about.

God/dess Meditation: Saga, glorious goddess of history, we greatly honor you as part and parcel of our ever-expanding past. As we share in Minnatranc, whisper to our hearts of the stories about our gods, our ancestors, our heroes and their glories. Be the resource for our memories should we ever forget from whence we come. Gently remind us that we all have a rich history from which to pull. For it is as we remember and respect the past can we deal with our present, knowing that we will someday have to deal with our spiritual debt.
