3rd Day of Yule – Remembering the Noble Virtue of Courage
Courage is definitely an attitude of boldness; however, not the absence of fear. The Noble virtue of courage represents driving forward in spite of your fears. It is courage that allows us to live life in such a manner that we can be proud.  Courage comes to those who have faced down their fears, and have overcome them (Vaygar Ingvald Elmersson).

I honor you this day, and I honor every bit of you that resides in me.  I’m grateful for the strong German heritage you’ve provided. I look forward with eager anticipation to the great family reunion on the other side.  I offer you my undying love, honor, respect, and gratitude.

An eighteenth I learned, yet I would never

Let a woman or maid know it,
For everyone knows what’s best for himself-
This leads me to the conclusion of the songs-
The one it shall be then, that lies in my arms
As betrothed wife and as sister.

The scald, awakening, passion, mystery, comprehension of the diving from below upward; from humanity outward, secrecy, gift/giver, gift of life, that which is best for the individual, fulfillment, sacred marriage, being ONE with the sister soul, protection against evil forces, being/seeing the Divine, the cosmic consciousness and the divine principle, two forces having a singular origin, the spiritual ego, death-life cycle, protection against evil forces, union of the gods and the World, the uninterrupted chain in the cycle of eternal returns, the Creator and the Created, the deepest mysteries of the Universe, the end.
“Man, be one with God” (List, 67).

Interpretation: kinship (Mannaz) leads to an awakening (Gibor).

1st check on all fur-kids

Outcome: 7hrs of sleep with only one wake-up

I saw an amazing thing this morning that I have never noticed.  Birds were perched on Toby’s heated water bucket in the back yard getting drinks.  More of a reason to keep it topped-off.
<>
Malt-O-Meal topped with syrup, and a whole wheat English muffin with strawberry jelly.

Good morning chat with my love my fiancée.  I promised her I will get hot on financing the room addition.

OH MAN!  The C.O.L.A. from work was SIZEABLE!  Several hundred dollars was placed in savings, probably more that’s left over just prior to the next paycheck.
<>
OH MAN (again)!  I just noticed that someone is sharing posts from the 10th Annual 12 Days of Yule on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/12daysofyule/ to a group in England!
*ÜBER EXCITED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Toby and I out for a well behaved, late morning/noon hour, 30min walk around Neuman U.
*overcast, cold, slight north breeze

Loaded up aluminum cans.  They took up every bit of available space in the Vue.
<>
LOL…before I could head out to cash-in on the cans, a couple of Mormon’s came to the door.  I don’t mind talking to them and invited them to come back again later.
<>
11lbs of aluminum cans netted $56.76

Two trips to Lowe’s to round-out Yule decorations…maybe.  I found a butt-load of Coast Guard ornaments there.  I can imagine they had the other branches of service at one time, but the Coast Guard was, as is typical, the least purchased.  I got two just for the heluvit.  I also bought a new set of blue icicle lights.  All this at reduced price plus my Lowe’s veterans discount.
*put up the icicle lights just before sunset.

Braum’s for produce and milk

Pizza Hut for dinner

Last check on all fur-kids.  Socks was quick to go out from his house, and the cold was quick to send him back into his house.

God/dess Meditation: Heil to you, Forsizo, son of Paltar and Nanda!  We call out to you in our time of legal need.  You’re the god of justice and reconciliation.  We know that justice is a double-edged ax.  On the one side, if our argument is just, grant us the proper conclusion.  On the other side, if our argument is fraudulent, mete-out justice accordingly.  Whether in the court of legal proceedings or the court of public opinion, grant us the justice according to the rightness of our deeds.  WE GIVE YOU A MOST HEART-FELT HEIL, FORSIZO, as we honor the Forsizo that resides in us all!
