Didn’t sleep well at all. Uncomfortable. No pain, just uncomfortable. Got up and turned on the tele only to find some really odd, old movie, probably from the early 1950s or so, about Martians who kidnapped Santa. A goofy Martian elf (I guess) stuffed his pants and donned Santa’s red suit, only to be confused by Martian kidnappers to be the real thing. The Martian Kidnappers, obviously bent on destroying the holiday, also sabotaged Santa’s toy-making machine to turn out odd combinations of toys; i.e., a doll’s head on a stuffed bear, or a baseball bat on a tennis racket. The real Santa and his cohorts eventually foiled the kidnappers, saved the day, and put things back in right order. I think I finally got to be circa 03:00/3AM.
