Walked into work armed with Yule cards; and handed out quite a few.  The interesting one was when I was able to walk into the Plant Manager’s office to give him his.  We had a WONDERFUL discussion about the Heathen faith and Yule.
The shift started with a hand forming job sent back to me for rework because I just SUCK at hand forming joggles.  I didn’t get done with it when, just before 1st break, plant 2 showed up with somewhere between 30-40 1- and-2-part orders.  Just like the last time this happened, it meant that someone in assembly fucked up BIG-TIME, which created an immediate hela-hot-we-needed-it-yesterday scenario.  Even with the Hänel tower fucking up, I STILL got the fuckers done.

Ya know, I have a really cool manager.  She’s the 3rd one since I’ve been in IPB2.  The first two weren’t worth shit.  This one is quite friendly and actually seems to care.  SHE was the reason I wanted to get this done.  I would go to the ends of the earth for any manager I thought was in my corner.
