Man, my feet have come down to this; I HAVE to have something between my feet and the floor. In the middle of the night, it’s a struggle to put on a simple pair of slippers, but I think I have come up with a solution. I’m going to keep a pair of old insoles inside a pair of socks while I sleep. That way I don’t have to worry about putting on anything as my support will already be inside the socks that I normally wear to bed anyway.
