WOW! LOTS of rain this morning.

I held a fur-kid food inventory first thing this morning. When it was just Stubby, I could figure one can per day. With the addition of Long-tail more frequently, plus a bit for Socks, that food has doubled. As next week probably won't include overtime, that means I'll have more of an opportunity to shop earlier; hence, the food stok on hand is probably sufficient.

Visited an old friend in the hospital and visited with the family. He's having problems processing oxygen so they have him on an air-tight mask. There's still hope, but hope may fade soon.
*this hospital is literally built AROUND an old catholich cathedral, now called the Chapel of the Sorrowful Mother. I actually found my way into it this after noon. WHAT A MARVELOUS PIECE OF ARCHITECTURE! I took brocures to remind me of the visit.
