Outcome: Early in Toby’s walk he ignored me. He took it upon himself to trot
over behind someone backyard despite my repeated calls to return. He finished
his .8 miles on the retractable. The walk wasn’t cut short because of Toby’s
bad behavior, rather, because the heat was already firing up. Unfortunately,
summer HAS returned to Oz.
In Sock’s Cat House I’ve placed a chair close to the sliding glass entry door
in order to open wider the curtain and expose more of the glass. Socks has
certainly taken to the chair as a place to get an added view and to nap.
Two loads of laundry
Finished yard
Late breakfast; three poached eggs, turkey sausage, potatoes with onions and garden fresh sweet peppers.
To the corner convenience store for a newspaper; and a bit extra ride since Toby was enjoying himself.
Lite housework
My special niece called in need of help and she wasn’t getting it from anybody. She needed gas in her truck to make it to a doctor’s appointment. I filled her tank.
Interesting stuff on the Weather Channel; Secrets of the Earth, “A series examining the characteristics of the Earth's interior, surface and atmosphere.”
Strengthening exercises:
*Abs, 3 sets of 15
*biceps, 3 sets of 8 @ 15lbs
*triceps, 3 sets of 8 @ 15lbs
