AM Meditation: Manostac/Monday, we meditate on Mano, god of the moon:
Greetings to you, Mano, glorious male aspect of the moon; silver messenger on high.  You’re the measurer and teller of time.  As you fly silently on your way reflect into our souls the glory of the High Ones that we might aspire to the realms of the gods. Bathe our world in soft brightness, and whisper to our souls of joyous realms beyond our knowing. Mano let us see the goodness within us and without us, all the nights and days of our lives.  WE GIVE YOU A MOST HEART-FELT HEIL, MANO, as we honor the Mano that resides in us all!

AM Elder Rune: Kenaz (neutral), so it could be either:
Kenaz (U): The torch, light, shaping, fabrication or fashioning of primordial material, the hearth fire, brightly burning, knowledge, divine inspiration under control of human craft, knowledge from within, intuition, Self-awareness, creativity and transformation, clarity of thought, the application of the Divine.

Kenaz (R): Ulcer, a dimly burning torch, choosing to remain in the dark, a
lack of Divine wisdom, lack of creativity, a self-imposed cocoon, the inability
to shape the basics of life, pig ignorance, arrogance, uniformed, ambiguous
thought processes, dark influences, cruel sexuality, uncontrollable human craft
processes.

Good AM work. 
*Someone left tomatoes, I sucked up several. 
*Received my health insurance packet.
*Yawning by 10AM.
Stayed at work for lunch.  Napped a bit.
Tough PM work.  Unnecessary extra work on parts and attitudes.

Brother came over with even MORE tomatoes.

A call into Mt Hope revealed a MUCH IMPROVED demeanor.

*bicep curls (3 sets of 8)
*triceps extensions (3 sets of 8)

Early to bed.  Tired of being tired.
