Another major thunderstorm rolled-in overnight.  It’s one thing to have Essie use me as a jungle-gym, but for a 55lb dog to do it, it’s quite another thing.  Toby was SO restless, so on edge, I had to sternly get him to settle-down if I wanted to go back to sleep.

Toby has certainly become strong-willed lately.  HE decided he did NOT want to go outside.  I took a rope-leash and made him go into the back yard for a while.  I want him to spend more time outside, especially right before bedtime, so there’s less of a chance he’ll potty inside overnight; which he has been doing a bit lately.  I WILL get the situation under control.  He really does know better.  This has only come up recently.  I don’t understand what has gotten into him.
