Lowe’s http://www.lowes.com/ because I’m bound and determined to win the war with Toby’s digging.  At Lowe’s, I had them saw a sheet of plywood to 40”x51”; just enough to snugly fit between the porch and the fence where Toby insists on digging.  Hopefully this is the last time he’s able to dig there, after I filled-in his dug-out area, placed the piece of plywood over it, strategically placed tent stakes so he can’t dig out the plywood, and put his doghouse atop of that.  I’m hoping for the best.
