I honor you this day, and I honor every bit of you that resides in me.  I’m grateful for the strong German heritage you’ve provided. I look forward with eager anticipation to the great family reunion on the other side.  I offer you my undying love, honor, respect, and gratitude.
*no doubt the ones who brought the family over from Europe.
*offered up some tobacco for Granny Aggie.

A tenth one I sing, when dangers at sea forces me

To protect my ship from the stormy waves;
The storm I calm down, no matter how billowing the sea,
And I cradle the waves to sleep.

BP: 124/68
Pulse: 76

Brunch build:
Three eggs sunny side up
Turkey kielbasa
Whole wheat toast with butter/sugar
Grits/butter/cheese/seasoning, made stove top rather than nuked.  They’re okay, but not something I crave.

Toby’s noon feeding, insulin and Apoquel
<>
Toby and I out for a noon hour stroll around the neighborhood.  It’s just too fucking hot for anything else.
*partly cloudy, hot, stout and unhelpful south wind.

Well shit, methinks my Roku device is shot.  Off to Best Buy.
Got it!
Since I was out on that end of town, I stopped in and visited with my oldest buddy.
<>
Toby’s 4pm eyedrop (notice singular) at 5pm.
<>
It took a bit of work, but the new Roku device is hooked up.  It really is new and improved.  The eye that WAS underneath the TV is no longer needed.  The new Roku device has more controls on the device itself, AND since there is no “eye” it can be accessed from anywhere in the room.  The absence of the eye was what confused me the most, but paying close attention to the instructions and off it went!
<>
Mowed the backyard and sculpted Agathagart that took until dusk.
*watermelon is absolutely refreshing

God/dess Meditation: Saturday/Saturn’s Day/Tag der Fruchtbarkeit/Day of Fertility (UPG), Frouwa/An: Freya & Ing-Frô/An: Frey:
Frouwa, most lovely of all goddesses; who could not love you?  Women as their own inner glory and highest attainment as the self-made woman, men for your beauty, passion and strength. Praise to you for the gift of life, and for the love that makes life worth living. Remind us always that it is the strong who love the best and the most, and that only the mighty can truly be gentle. Fill our lives with passion and lust that we may live our lives to the fullest. WE GIVE YOU MOST A HEART-FELT HEIL, FROUWA, as we honor the Frouwa that resides in us all!

Ing-Frô/An: Frey, you’re the Great God of Fridu (all-encompassing safety and protection), Ar (peace, good seasons), the good harvest and prosperity: you are indeed the god of this World. When the day to day wears us down remind us of pleasures and joys. Help us recall the wonderful excesses that brought our lives into being and which sustain the human spirit during good times and bad. Without you, there would be no life and certainly little delight. Thank you, Ing-Frô, for the rushing life spirit and the eternal play of passions that make our lives fruitful.  WE GIVE YOU A MOST HEART-FELT HEIL, ING-FRÔ, as we honor the Ing-Frô that resides in all of us!
