I came home to a very bad Toby.  OMGs, you should have seen the look on his face; like a deer in headlights.  I forgot to close doors when I left so Toby had free run of the house and it was just too tempting for him.  He made his way into the Man-Cave and pulled out the trash.  He also made his way to the Man-Cave closet, pulled out an old shoe and destroyed it.  He also found one of my good caps and destroyed that, too.  I was absolutely livid!  I put him in the back yard and gave him a swift kick in the ass on the way out…yes I did!

Toby has been so contrite, my heart just went out to him.  I can’t stay mad at him long.

Outcome: The scrambled eggs and cheese went well.  The hash-browns went well.  The whole-wheat English muffin went well.  OMGs the turkey bacon in the oven did not; BURT TO A NASTY, INEDIBLE CRISP.  That won’t happen again.

On Toby’s walk we encountered a family looking for their dogs. I saw them once, called the family over, but the dogs soon headed the opposite direction.  I hope they find them.  Toby finished his walk mostly on the retractable, anticipating the dogs.  When I felt sure they weren’t in the area I let Toby off the retractable to finish his walk.

Had to have a properly made turkey-sausage and cheese English muffin to get that horrid burnt bacon taste out of my mouth.  What’s this?  Milk gone bad?  That never happens here.

 Hauled out junk to the garden shed, to be given to a junk man later.

Called Fidelity to get my company matching 401K started at the minimal expense to me.  I KNOW I want to save SOMETHING, but I also know I don’t make much money.

Rearranged the Man-cave, really to make room for the window guys coming Monday and living room.  I think everything is where it needs to be.  I’ll perfekt it tomorrow.

While cleaning out the utility room I decided to place what remaining soda I had on the curb.  It consisted of 6 cans of orange, 6 cans of grape and 4 bottles of Gatorade.  I later decided to offer them to a neighbor with children, which was readily accepted.  In return, they offered me a couple of their “Christmas doughnuts”.  I readily accepted their kindness, too.

Toby and Essie have taken quite well to the new position of the sofa.  Toby enjoys his new sofa mate (me), and I have never seen Essie sleep atop of the couch; that is, until now. 

Watched a bit of the WSU Shocker basketball game from Hawaii.  It’s not looking good for them.
