A bit of lite rain, but I have errands to run before going home.
At the optometrist office, I found out my eyeglass frames were not able to be repaired since the frames have been discontinued. Luckily, the had frames in the same style leftover and set my lenses in them, anticipating my return visit when I get my prescription.
Off to the military surplus store, but HEL, they closed. WTF? They've been there forever. What the hel happened? That shot some Halloween plans. It also negated the need to go to Wal-Mart.
Heavier rain.
Both Socks and Toby were SO ready to come inside; a bit wet, but none the worse for wear Luckily, Essie has showed no desire to go outside.
It was a successful test of the bedroom space-heater. Essie immediately noticed it.
Remade a childhood memory; garden salad, hamburger steak (turned veggie meat) with sauteed onions and french fries (turned oven baked). It was nowhere near as good as Hope Cafe.

A bit concerned for Stubby in this wind and rain, so I took an old plastic tub to create a little kitty house. We'll see if he uses it. If not, it wasn't a major investment.
