Eh, I don’t have it in me to double up on exercise routines like I have the past couple of days. I’ll do one routine tomorrow and that should catch me up. The thing has been the legs. Working out the legs have always been a problem since my knees are pretty shot. While I CAN workout the legs un-weighted, I had to find a way to workout the hamstrings. I think I’ve finally found a way to do it. Too, my daily routine was set up wrong because I would put off any leg routine to the very end of the week. Now, I’ve made the correction to workout more Mon-Sat and take Sun completely off Hopefully the way I have things set-up now will be more effective and easier to live with. I DO know, however, abs are coming along quite well, despite care being take not to harm my umbilical surgery.

GREAT AM work; in keeping with the aforementioned “meeting of the minds” (Sept 24), I brought to the attention of the Continuous Improvement Manager the parts I was working on. They were the prime example of the worst example of a pervasive problem. It stayed an issue most all day.

Returned the call to the bank, letting them know I’ll be in first thing in the morning to finalize the financing for my windows.

Came home knowing I HAD to tend to my car registration problem, at the same time I KNEW another window salesman was on the way. I called the tag office and had fifteen minutes to get there. I left a note on the front door and head right out. I got to the tag office ONE MINUTE before they closed…WHEW! They quickly made a copy of my registration and I was back out the door. Coming home and the window salesman was kind enough to wait. I like his product; a bit more expensive, but triple pane windows @ a double pane price? I couldn’t pass that up! Toby out for a sunrise walk. He totally violated by chasing a cat I would never have seen in some bushes. By the time Toby came around the corner of the other side, he KNEW he was in trouble. He finished his walk on the retractable. At first, I was going to cut it off early, but decided to complete the walk with Toby on the retractable just to make a point with him.


Essie on her trailing tether. I put her down on the porch to let her make up her own mind where she wanted to go. Almost immediately, she headed for the back yard. She also checked out Socks’ Cat House. Back outside, she ZOOMED to the hind parts of the back yard, shot up 6ft onto a tree then back down again…hilarious! Then, Toby alerted me to a couple of loose dogs across the street, threatening the neighbors’ cats. I had to go between Sugar and a dog to start encouraging them on down the road.

and Window World showed me virtually the same product at a much lower price. I have decided to go with Window World. It’s sad (Wunjo) to think I almost bought into Integrity’s hype, but have been enlightened (Ar) by Window World.





I was asked by a very good friend of mine to write a negative response to Troy Newman’s book on Amazon. Here is what I wrote:



“This book posses three questions:



1. Why should we close abortion clinics?

His answer is, to “stop the infliction of misery upon vulnerable women and their innocent babies”.

2. Is it even possible to close modern-day chop-shops?

His answer “is a resounding yes”

3. How do you close abortion clinics?

The purpose of this book.


First, stopping abortion is NOT the answer to all woes. 

Second, Women who give birth to unwanted babies perpetuate poverty, child abuse and neglect. 

Third, adoption is expensive and uncertain.



Pro-choice is NOT anti-life. Pro-choice is simply that, PRO-CHOICE. It’s the choice of the pregnant woman to make her own reproductive choices, free from influences that would have her believe there is only ONE WAY to deal with her pregnancy; that being, to go through the pregnancy whether she wants to or not. Choices still continue. Choices don’t stop simply because a poor one has been made.



Here are some choices to consider:

Does the pregnant woman have the resources to raise a/another child?

Does the pregnant woman have the support from family to raise a/another child?

Will the father be present?

What role would he play?



This book creates an air of falsehood. The thinking is, get rid of abortion clinics and all the misery would be solved. Such can never be the case. Women will continue to receive abortion, even in dark, dingy back alleys, placing their own life at risk. Abortions must be kept legal and safe!”

Activated one Wal-Mart Money Card; already lost $3 and haven’t done a damned thing with it.

Integrity, dealing with US Bank and my refinancing, called to verify. I was glad to cooperate.
