1. An order of parts came back to me with notation that the leg was too long.  I showed the 1st shift super that I did the operation per data set.  He checked out my work.  My work was correct per data set, but he finds a second data set with different requirements; one part, two data sets, two differing requirements…. SERIOUSLY SMH.
2. Hottest order in the shop that needed to be done was on an SHF (Shaper Hold Fixture), and I HATE their SHFs because they don’t repair them as needed.  The operator is expected to use aluminum tape “as needed”.  Anyway, it had to be done.  We’ll see if I did it right.
3. A second data set similar to item #1.  No way!
