Somewhat tough night at work.  My 1st shift colleague told me the shallow end of the bag press was stuck, so he had me set up on the deep end.  Maintenance came out to get things unstuck.  When I tried to put the shallow end back into the press, it became stuck again, so I called maintenance back.    THEIR idea was that my 1st shift colleague was running something that needed to run on the deep end, which makes no sense as those parts have run fine historically.  So, not wanting to take the chance of getting things stuck again, I stayed on the deep end.  The shift went fine nonetheless.

Essie was so pissed at a yellow tabby that made its way across the porch.  Being right behind her I let her out just to see what she would do.  OMGs!  She chased it right off the porch.  She was good about coming back when she was called.  Undeterred, the yellow tabby came back.  Undeterred, Essie wanted to go back out after it again to express her displeasure.  I went right out after her and called Essie back when she chased it off.  She was so worked up over her success she didn’t know how to contain herself around Toby.  I had to call her off when she attacked Toby.  Still undeterred, the yellow tabby came back a third time.  I tired to explain to it that it needed to go find someplace else to be.  I let Socks out from his house and he went out to protect his Princedom.  He was quick to tend to it.
