Toby and I out for a 30min., noon walk.  Three times he failed to adequately respond to common voice commands, so he was placed on the retractable.  Which, actually turned out in his favor.  Dozer, Son of Monster, was on his porch with his guardian.  Dozer is a familiar dog, but he has not been encountered loose, so I was a bit apprehensive.  Dozer is quite the large-breed dog.  OMGs, it was an absolute gay love fest.  Dozer was smelling and licking Toby’s…parts…and Toby’s tail was just a-wagging!  If anything were to happen I could quickly yank Toby out of the situation, but luckily, both stayed cordial.  Afterward, I let Toby off the leash.  Unfortunately, it remained more important for Toby to eat cat-poop than obey common voice commands, so he spent most of the walk on the retractable.
