They intimated I might have a case and suggested I notify the City in writing soon in case of a limited response time. I created a letter letting them know of the accident and sent it certified/return receipt. Now I might have more time to find a good lawyer. I think DeVaughn James http://www.devaughnjames.com/ was a christian office and may have acted to protect the church from liability. We’ll see if I’m right.
