I went out onto the porch only to be greeted by a squirrel in the driveway, up on its hind legs making itself more noticeable. I told it I was going inside to get something. When I came back, this squirrel was near the sidewalk, but when I med my way toward the feeding tree, it scampered its way back to the tree, only to take a bit of apple right out from my hand. Now THAT is an excellent way to start day.
