Pulse: 89
The virtual VA visit was kinda fun. I’m glad I took these vitals. They came in handy. Dr. is going to increase my blood pressure medication.

2 homemade breakfast burritos; turkey bacon, hand-shredded hashbrowns, egg, cheese.

Note to Self; Toby’s 11:30am feeding and insulin.

I’m turning Toby’s walk time into Toby and me time; LOTS of huggeling. I walk Toby and monitor him closely off the leash between three properties along the sidewalk.

OH YAY! Kitty’s kibble arrived from Chewy.com. Due to COVID-19, it took nine days rather than the usual 2 or 3. Kitty kibble was getting down to almost nothing.

Air Capital Veterinary for Toby’s Apoquel https://www.apoqueldogs.com/ took Toby with me. It’s best to keep him in the front seat with me so I can keep my arm around him.

2-mile bicycle ride; 30min walk.
*sunny, cool, north wind.

Last of the Hobo stew, last of the coleslaw, two slices of garlic toast for dinner.

Two hours of Ghost Whisperer; I wouldn’t miss it anymore.
