Our General Supervise really is an ass. I fully believe he knows NOTHING of our processes, so he has to harass us on simple shit.
Shift didn’t start well. There were some parts I didn’t shape correctly, but they were fixable. My 1st shift colleague had to fix them. I deburred them and put them in the freezer.
Stayed in layout and drill all night.
Dumb-ass christian, washing-up in the bathroom at the same time I was, getting ready to go home, started asking me about the tattoos on my arm. I explained their significance and the gods they represent. He said they were fake gods. OOOOOOooooooo…wrong thing to say to ME.
*So, YOUR god is real and mine are fake. How do you know yours is real?
*I certain, he said, I believe he’s real.
*So, you don’t KNOW, you just believe. There’s a HUGE difference between knowing and believing…and you call YOUR god real while mine are fake. Actually, I think the opposite…Jehovah is fake and Wotan is real. So, it’s just a matter of what we choose to believe.
