Side bends, 3 sets 7 @ 40lbs
Standing, 3 sets of 7 @ 2/25lbs

Not a horrible shift @ work. Stayed in layout and drill.

Last check on all fur-kids; Socks finally came home. With all the hub-bub and tree-trimming, I figured he’d stay away until the getting was good.
