I honor you this day, and I honor every bit of you that resides in me.  I’m grateful for the strong German heritage you’ve provided. I look forward with eager anticipation to the great family reunion on the other side.  I offer you my undying love, honor, respect, and gratitude.
* no doubt the ones who brought the family over from Europe.

Havamal 154:
A tenth one I sing, when dangers at sea forces me

To protect my ship from the stormy waves;
The storm I calm down, no matter how billowing the sea,
And I cradle the waves to sleep.

Rune Lesson: One can notice easily that these two Runes work well together.  I know from personal experience, that my god, Ing-Fro, does calm the dangers.  In him are all challenges eased.  Ing-Fro is the light into a darkened world.  In him is ultimate peace, prosperity, and confidence.  Ing-Fro is the god of this world.  Both of these Runes speak well of Ing-Fro.  He is totally in charge today.

I did a bit of online research in an effort to find better places to give Toby his insulin.  It tears me up to cause him pain.  I don’t want to associate pain with being fed.  This site helped: https://dogcare.dailypuppy.com/spots-give-dogs-insulin-shots-8131.html  Today, I have it to him more BEHIND the shoulders to one side of the spine.  He seemed to do better with that.
<>
Note to Self: Toby’s 12noon feeding and insulin.

Toby and I out for a 2-block trust/training walk.  I think he’s REALLY getting it, that he’s safer if he stays on the sidewalk.
*partly cloudy, mild, slight breeze.

I messaged one of my best Fb friends about something I was SURE she would have the answer.  She didn’t, but she DID suggest a way to find it.  Just a little bit of digging and WOW, there IS someone who would know!  We exchanged several emails.

Leftover casserole from yesterday atop whole wheat pasta.

Dillons; getting out of there with groceries < $100, a good thing.
Dillons petrol: petrol for < $1 per gal?  good thing

Leftover pasta with meatballs

WONDERFUL chat with my WONDERFUL niece!

2hrs of Ghost Whisperer on Start TV (OTA).

Once again Socks was at the front storm door and Jasmine was trying to seemingly flirt with him thru the glass.  If they meet, it will have to be the same way Essie and Socks met; on a tether.  I would have to be able to control the situation in case things went south.  I found Essie’s old harness and leash.
<>
The aforementioned search came up positive!  SUCCESS!  It was a very nice series of emails.  It is called, Life Runes, and I now have it saved in pdf.
<>
Out for a late evening, rather cool, 30min walk.
*Socks was so funny.  As I finished the walk, Socks came out to the intersection to meet me.
<>
Note to Self; Toby’s 11:30pm feeding and insulin…better, with no pain.
<>
Last check on all fur-kids.
<>
12:45 nighty night.

God/dess Meditation: Sunday, Sunna’s Day, Sunna, goddess of the Sun:
Greetings to you Sunna, in all your feminine, fertile glory; Lamp of Wodan, newly risen! Hail to you who is the counterpart to Mano, male aspect of the Moon.  You have shown on all our ancestors, you shine on us, and you will yet shine on our decedents yet unborn. Share with us some of your light, your energy, your power, so that we might better fight our battles and attain our goals. WE GIVE YOU A MOST HEART-FELT HEIL SUNNA, as we honor the Sunna that resides in us all!
