Rune Lesson: Any kind of genetic connection with the gods is a benefit. A close connection with the ancestors is even better. We all need to be aware of that connection. It’s a symbiotic relationship; humans remembering the gods, a more than casual relation with the ancestors. We are what we are because of our ancestors. We are their culmination. All that brings us good luck and generous help. We as humans are meant to shed this flesh for our eternal change. Our death as humans brings drives us forward to a new creation. Social interaction with our gods and ancestors changes us. We may continually change, but our gods and ancestors do not. We are with them. They are with us.
